Providing a link to knowledge and information on how to successfully
implement virtual project management and virtual project teams
Virtual project management and virtual project teams are receiving increasing
attention within the real property, building development and construction
industry. With project teams increasingly using e-mail and the web to
manage project communications, greater and more efficient communication
alternatives are needed. However, little guidance currently exists to
assist an organization in the implementation of virtual project management
technologies and or on how to successfully implement virtual project teams.
