Virtual project management and virtual project teams are receiving increasing attention within the real property, building development and construction industry. With project teams increasingly using e-mail and the web to manage project communications, greater and more efficient communication alternatives are needed. However, little guidance currently exists to assist an organization in the implementation of virtual project management technologies and or on how to successfully implement virtual project teams.

In an effort to fill this information gap, Projek Design and Development Inc. has developed a Virtual Project Management and Project Team Resource Centre.

Our Virtual Project Management Resource Centre (VPMRC) is the definitive source for anyone in need of information pertaining to managing projects and teams through the web.
